How come you have conveniently forgotten about a Sachin Tendulkar who has not played a single match as of now.

Everyone who is in the 15 member squad will get paid.
for example - Chris Gayle in KKR gets paid for 4 matches without playing a single match.

Not sure Sachin was in the 15 Members squad; if he was, then he would have been paid.
