Let BCCI makes a decission to respect seniors and give a chance to juniors in this way. Make Dravid,sachin and ganguly,laxman and sehwag as part of the team for ever but not more than two at a time. ( The combination left to captain. ) irrespective of their performance ( they had the well proven track everybody knows) they should be the part of team. so that seniors doesn't get neglected and juniors get good experiences with them. ( No lobbies should work on this is the strict statement in this regard)
