Only a few people are stopping the trains and that's definitely wrong.
But your conclusion that all Bengalis are worthless has a strong communal flavour. It is like saying 'all Aussies are cheats' just because a few of them do cheat, or like saying 'all umpires are incompetent' just because Bucknor & Benson fared incompetently in Sydney test!
