You are the centre of the controversy in the whole match alongwith Ricky Ponting. In India Cricket is such a passionate game that everybody in our country watches. Hence they are so emotional and sentimental. But the way this match was played, it was on an un-professionalism and it is very clear that there is something in this. Had you been out when you were in your 30s, you should have walked off and that shows your gentlemanship in the game, instead you stuck to the crease which is not in the good ethics of cricket. An umpire can go wrong one or two maximum but cannot err eight - nine times. This shows clearly, how the umpires might have got instructions to rule the game, especially against Indian Team. It should be played in the true spirits of the game and not like the way it was handled in Sydney. This kind of things always happen during any matches played in Australia any other world teams. It is a very bad precedent.

Indian fans are emotional just because Indians always raise their demand against racism and they don't tolerate allegation which are made just to win. How honest you are all world saw. You have no spirit that's why u can't walk inspite of nicking the ball.

So do you agree Murali Karthik has no spirits?
because even he knew he was out and even admitted after the match but still stood his ground and that led to India's victory over us.
Why do Indian fans show double standards? When an Indian player does it, it's no problem .. but when I did it, there was a furor everywhere in the Indian camp.

Dear Symonds(is it your real name ;-) Controversies are a part of every game which is played in bad spirit.Aussies are so used to it in view of thier arrogant behaviour.Kangaroos should grow up and look around the games which are played by gentlemen. You should be thankful to Indian fans who are taking pains trying to make you animals into "human beings".

Andrew the Symonds,
You are right, we are highly immature as we are still 'humans'. Comon man, accept that aussies are the best crickers but the worst loosers - hence, win at any cost. Cheat to win is Aussies' new motto.

I am not emotional. I am just against racism. There's a difference which your tiny brain won't be able to differentiate.

I CALL MY SISTER A MONKEY MOST OF THE TIMES DOES THAT MEAN I AM A RACIST?????????

Caling a person `monkey' is not a racist remark. According to me a remark becomes racist, when that remark implies an insult to your country or custom of the country. Monkeys are universal. How can they belong to one particular country, that too Australia!? Can the authorities who pass judgements stop calling every remark a racist and distribute punishments?

In fact there are no native monkey species in Australia. Monkeys are found only in Asia, Africa and South America.

You are right. But you need to remember the Indian masses are not that highly educated and professional in approach. All those who burn effigies and take to the streets are the unemployed or underemployed guys, who have lot of time and energy on their hands, without a proper outlet. In Australia/NZ/England etc, gathering such a crowd is very difficult.

Arn't you guys the true losers?? Why sould it be that one rule applies to you guys and a different one to the others?? Did you guys play with the true spirit of the game?? Reflect on what has actually happened and you will ask for Ponting's blood!!!!!

Andrew,
Just tell me one thing! What if everything that happened on field in Sydney test had happened in REVERSE; suppose Aussies had got all the bad (no, not only bad but stupid and ugly) decisions and u had gone on to lose not only the test but also your WORLD RECORD; tell me, how calmly would your team, media and fans have reacted in that case??? Try to be honest while answering (if and only if u have the guts to answer honestly??)

We would be disappointed yeah, but would have never created such a fuss like the Indian camp/media/fans have created. Instead we would have looked forward to the Perth test to sting them badly.

I don't know if you know anything about football, but the rule is to keep playing to the whistle. No matter if you handle to ball or foul. You have to go on. It's the referee's decision that's final.
There is absolutely nothing unethical to stand on the crease and wait for the Umpire's decision. I am playing for my country, I can't show my back in the battle. I'll fight till the last ball.
And why don't you ask the same question to Murali Karthik and Sachin Tendulkar, Both of whom have stood their crease to wait for the umpire's decision and have not been given out?

We will ask Ponting and Clarke to pick up the ball off the ground and claim a catch. That is also seems to be "legal".
How can you appeal with you have grounded the ball?
If Latif did it you ban him for 5 game. If ponting does it it is fair!
