The chances are highly likely that Harbhajan is guilty as charged and did call Symonds a big monkey.......The problem seems that it may not be proved as there is no audio or vision of it happening....If he gets cleared on this technicality...does it make him any less guilty..?...Legally yes ...but morally no..

Whats your name?Whatever?I have read some of your comments and I could say you are a novice. You don't understand the Indian culture. These Aussies get the license to say any damn thing to any cricketers around the world be it mc grath, ponting, waugh, warne, symonds list is endless, how many of them have been banned or fined? This ICC and Aussies are the biggest racist and threat to world cricket. If all the Asian countries unite against these issues then you Aussies have to play in your backyard only like waugh mentioned "Its the aussies way of playing cricket in their backyard" though we play little different when opponents break ones head or nose or legs.Got it?I am right or wrong Mr.ponting? :) If you give it to others then have the heart to take it. We Indians are not kids else we would have walked in between the test match itself.I wonder if same amount of decision would have gone against Aussies and they lost the match then what would have happened.I think Mr.proctor would have banned whole team India for an year.

Being objective, if you look at the video replays, what Harbhajan says is not visible, 'cause he's facing away from the camera. But I thought I got an idea of what Symonds was saying. Singh made THAT gesture to Symonds at the end of the over, calling him over. Singh uttered a sentence. Symonds replied, which seemed to put Singh off. Singh uttered his 2nd sentence, much more animated this time, even pointing towards Symonds. The next thing Symonds said was, "You called me a monkey?".... I think this sentence is clearly visible on the replays. I am not trying to draw conclusions, but that was that.
