Harbhajan will not need to "escape", unless you have determined that the offence was committed but no evidence was available. Here the offence is yet to be proved. I would prefer to say Harbhajan would be exonerated, rather than that he would escape. Ponting might actual escape with his tantrums. I am interesting in seeing what the reaction to M. Clarke's stubborn 30 sec stint after cutting the ball to slip would be. We have a media manager who steems to reactive than proactive. A statement on Clarke's lack of sportsmanship would have been aggressive and befitting. Alas, a simple sport has turned into gamesmanship thanks to Australia. Part of the modern day motto....."Anything goes as long as you win" and " Anything goes to win". To think that Bhajji actually belongs to a religious minority in India and must have been taunted many a time since childhood. By the Way....Is turbinator racist????...just checking

Well said! Harbhajan did nothing wrong. If anything Aussies will 'escape' from being penalized for trying to defame the Indian cricket team and Indians.
