justice nanavati should consider the comments from umpire amish saheba where he says that sreesanth had provoked harbhajan many times and he was given warning too. so i see harbhajan slapping sreesanth was right. but umpire amish saheba is suspended for 2 match for commenting on this issue. if harbhajan is banned for 11 match than sreesanth should also be ban

I donno much about actual incident but even harbajan told that sreeshanth has not provoked him before he slapped.
Anyways Slapping or man handling any person is not a solution especially if you are a gentleman and have become famous thus idol for atleast a few section of people.
Sreeshanth does sledging and is done by most international cricketers. If atleast one person from india does not return what English / Australians do to us then there is no fun. By words it is always fine to sledge nut not abuse. There has been no case that sreeshath has abused.. He has only sledged.
Banning umpire is appropriate as he is not supposed to talk to media like this and that too when he has not raised the issue to the panel as a written document.

Idiot. Why is there favouritism? South Indians favouring shreesanth, North Indians favouring harbhajan. Can't you see the guilt of Shreesanth here? Why would someone slap anyboby without any provocation? Just think once before making any idiotic comment.

sreesanth has to be punished as well, its unfair to
ban bhajji alone as sresanth provoked him to get into this situation...its impossinle to stand his attitude

It seems that the BCCI is biased on there decision. Banning just Bhajji, ignoring and punishing umpires who have expressed his stand, not placing any ban on Sreesatnth who is equally rash in behaviour is just not done.
Throw both bhajji n sree out of cricket.
