Mumbai can be North but Kolkata is in North Eastern Region called NER. It is next to East Bengal now called Bangladesh. It is full of commies who r anti-nationalist and paid on hefty salary by China. On top of that the opposition is a unmarried hostile lady called Mamta Banerjee. Kolkata is a secured gateway for Bangladeshi to come to India with a ration card.
