Class acts vs one match wonders
by Arun R on Apr 22, 2008 09:08 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Watching IPL is worth just for the class acts of Shane Warne, Glenn Mc grath and pollock. They are all a yr into their retirements and r performing as though they never into retirements. I was wondering for all the senseless adulation and praise we shower on one match/ one series/one year wonders like sreesanth, joginder, ishant / irfan what would have been if they were born and playing for india ?? well Glen the PM and Warne the president ?? :)

Slavish mentality ha ha.. what a irrelevant statement. We indians tried to belittle these gr8 international cricketers by buying them cheap in bids but these guyz stood tall with their performances learn to digest the facts.. all the point am trying to make is not to shower senseless praise for hyped characters rather cherish the gr8 performers.. if our guyzz are gr8 performers I will bow to them as well there hasn't been any indication of it so far.
It wouldnt happen soon as long as we take every criticism as racist or slavery lines
