looking at the number of tickets sold for the inaugural tournament, it seems that the BCCI, sponsors, franchise owners will be in heavy loss after the tournament.

Suffice to say, the first season of IPL will be the last season unless there is a change in the revenue model, a dramatic change in the way they perceive the ICL and a drastic change in the calendar to accomodate all cricket boards!!
