IPL hasnt had a ball bowled in it.. how can you make such a claim... frankly the cricket in icl was quite ordinary...

Again the present tense...
If you are so convinced, even then you should say "IPL will be the ultimate crap".

Your sentence is as wrong as saying Rahul Gandhi's great grandson is an idiot.
