Money invested on IPL is a wrong decision
by suresh babu on Apr 14, 2008 04:01 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

i feel people won't flock to stadium to watch the IPL matches. the cost of tickets is too much and especially in bangalore, half of the city would be working at that time, heavy traffic, no one will think of going to stadium at that point of time in the evening to watch the match.

one more thing, its pretty common sense, you need not to put lots of money in advertising the IPL teams, since this is cricket, every indian knows about it.

whatever india team plays cricket would be enough for cricket crazy fans. this might be too much and people might not follow it up also since they are already hooked up with ICL.

one more bandar just cribbing for his own city rather than India. Idiot, India is one abd bangalore is just a small part of it and you are even a tiny mammal in it.

mr.bandar gupta, i wanted to remind you again, IPL is between cities and not india with other countries. since i am from bangalore, i only know about bangalore and not much abt other cities and thus why i wrote abt bangalore.

yes..indian..love cricket..when we are playing vs other countries..
its not intertesting to watch indian and foreign players together..they might as well play for charity..
clearly this back fired since IPL failed to understand what the common indian loves abt cricket..
