This is the real way a senior should encourage and should stand for him in bad days also. these traits are very rare and should be acclaimed.

I fully agree and impressed by the way zaheer has spoken. Has lot of praise for yougsters and that will motivate them further do well. Good talk zaheer looking forward to your comeback.
