I think is a very dumb observation & statement to make. What if Modi has not rewarded Pathan? By the way, felicitation does not mean just giving a Cheque, a pat of 'Well Done" is also good enough. Pathan doesnt need money any more. Its really a sick mind which would interpret it as a Hindu-Muslim issue. Plain Stupid!
When Modi felicitates Sunita Williams (A half-Christian) you say he is wooing the Pandya faction. If he wouldnt have done you would have said because she is a half-Christian, he didnt. What nonsense! Leave that guy alone for God's sake...

dear kid, sunita willams has become a poll ban plan of which every party is trying to woo her to win elections bcoz she is not any naitonal figure but an international figure, the illiterate(not literate)which compromise 30-40% of gujratis thing she is a devi come from the stars. so naturally narendra modi had to listen to his fello gujus.
