It's a great thing that happened to indian cricket. I believe instead of getting too much carried away with this and resting/dropping all three seniors, BCCI should take an ideal solution. I would like to see in every match one of three trios taking rest to allow the youngsters to get enough chances in 50-50.
These are my ideal replacements for each of them.
1. Rohit Sharma for Rahul Dravid. 2. Gambhir for Saurav Ganguly. 3. Uthappa/Karthik for Sachin.
Only player of this team that I believe needs to learn a lot is Sreesanth. He needs to control his tempo, he looks like Zaheer during his early years.

U can take Rohit inplace of Saurav...But do not replace Sachin/Dravid. They are the consistent performer. But your suggestions is quite important that we will be able to see the performance of the youngsters in the site. So we will have some more options for the future team. But another side man this is 20-20 not the 50-50. For 50-50 U will have to show your ability to give the consistent perfromance. Prior to this 20-20, Agter getting a 50, Gambhir used to throw his wickets...So how can u rely on him. Rohit Sharma is really a new face for the Indian Cricket future. Thats all.

Suneel is right!!! he is not telling all the three shud sit out. Only one per match and his replacements are also good. Big three are good but they cannot be there for long time and hence there should be smooth transition. We should never feel void when these big threee leave the scene and hence i welcome his suggestions.

common guys....gimme a break...what non sense...how cud u ever thnk of replacing dravid with r sharma and sachin with karthick..!!! its the most ridiculous statement i heard in recent times and that too based on 20-20 matches...both uthappa and karthcik has proved time and again that they hav a long way to go in 50-50 ...so plz dont talk of replacements.
