I think Absence of big 3 cultivated "Team Spirit" without ego factor creeping in. I felt, boy were performing real hard to show they don't need old big gun who could not clinch the world cup in 20 odd years. Big guns played for themselves. Many of you would disagree, but I always felt, Ganguli would have played alone on the ground if he could, with 10 servants obeying him. 17th century Nawab attitude, may be. Any gone & dust, congrats Pathan, Dhoni & boys. Enjoy the moment till they become Big 3 with big egos...

Sagar Kale, If you think SRT and SG have ego, you are wrong. SRT is the most humble,SG has brought drinks for the team in Pakistan.
The problem may be Dravid now, but hopefully Dhoni will be able to reign him in.
Dhoni has a excellent equation with SG, having stayed at house many time Calcutta.SRT and Dhoni are close too, thats why Gavaskar asked SRT to intriduce him to Dhoni(I know its aincredible story).
What you are commentinf is all HOT AIR! Great victory for India in 20-20. But this is 20-20., where if a batsman stays for 6-7 overs, the team wins.But in 50-50, a batsman has to stay nearly 250% time more at the crease , to make a difference.Plus bowlers can bowl 10 overs, not 4 overs only.
Relax, enjoy the win,cherish it, but please do not wear gogles of 20-20 for 50-50.Because that will cause image abberation.
