My be he has done the right thing . he is too gentle for the dirty politics of indian cricket where a lot of money is at stake for the crooks sitting in the selction committee and Board.You dont give a good team to him and expect wonders from mediocre player.I am surprised no body is talking about Yuvraj as captain why? becuase he is from north. Tragic ofcourse. May ICL blooms so that these buggers get a lesson

I dont think Dravid is too gentle and all theory. He was very active when Sachin/Sourav were sidelined through politics by Dravid/Chappell partnership. Now he got his own medicine back. He was a backboneless captain and dont the capacity to withdraw pressure from media/public unlike other captains in the world or his predecessor. Dravid is not a captaincy material at any given day.

Is he too gentle for dirty politics? He is extremely articulate. No doubt about it. That perhaps conveys the feeling that he is not involved in politics. Have we all forgotton the Saurav Ganguly's episod? He teamed with Chappell and More to kick out Saurav from the team. He, with Chappell, used to argue that Saurav's inclusion will divide the team. Is the team now divided because of saurav? Who lives by the sword dies by the sword. Isn't it?
