Whatever one might say Dravid was an excellent human. His communication skills batting ability encouraging new team members was like that of a corporate ceo. Agarkar and harbajan were the only black sheeps you cant win a maTCH with 10 players

A captain has to have strong mental strength, the guts to call spade a spade, that Dravid didn't have. He was meek as captain.

Friend call spade a spade where Do you expect him to be abrasive like Ponting Smith etalI still feel he led the team with dignity decorum A leader is as good as his team May be he felt he was about to be sucked into vortex of cricket politics that may be areason overall i felt proud with his conduct on and off the cricket field

Ramesh Powar has done well almost each time he was given the chance. He is a genuine spinner. Now, you might have not heard or have the time to track his record, that's a different issue. Please look beyond appearances, atleast beyond those red/yellow glasses he wears.
