Why racial?

Why are monkey chants racist. So if somebody compares some other player to a tiger, elephant, Aloo(inzamam) is that also racist.

what ICC did when muralitharan faces the same kind of treat by aussie fans in aus home series in the past but if this happpen to aus they are not able to digest because of they are white
