Things to learn from Gavin
by Raghu on Oct 10, 2007 06:25 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Contrary to what many may feel about this article - i think it has given a lot of insight into the mindset of a typical aussie.
1. they are good in doing their job
2. they know it
3. they also know many others (other teams) are good in their job
4. they always want to win
5. how to do it?
6. start by bullying the opponent.. if he falls for the trap then they win, else my friends - the aussies are down and out..

because they dont have an answer when the opponent does not buy their bait..
so, all our young indian players need to read this article and start concentrating on their strenghts and natural game - that is aggression and fighting fire with fire... that is the only way to win against the aussies.
getting into verbal & physical conflicts is not aggression - it is only going to make the aussies stronger cuz they are going to have the last laugh if our players continue to do that..

This is our problem. We accept whatever is said and done by others. There is no rule book for sledging. So Australians shouldn't teach us how to do it.

Do u think that Gavin Robertson want India to become really gud.So do you think he'll advice India to do the right things...Try to understand their tactics and not support each and everything they say.Come out of slavery,we are independent mate...
