Wasim Jaffer dropped the catch because he was friends with Misbah. So all Indian players who drop a catch or misfield or lose their wickets are friends with opposition? You cannot be muslim or south Indian in India. You will die trying to prove your patriotism till you die and won't succeed.

I hope your comments are directed to the guy who said that Jaffer dropped the catch because he was friends with Misbah.

You are right. But I am sorry to add that my comments are also directed to any comments that is communal or parochial in nature. It's a looser mentatlity to say that you can not be muslims or south indians. You only have to prove these things to communal minded people. Why care? For example, who doubts Irfan or Zaheer? Do your work honestly, and stop whining. Everybody respects the achiever, and (s)he does not have a religion. Whole of India and the world respects Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble, except a few idiots. I write this with a desire to to eradicate misunderstanding, not to hurt anyone. I hope you understand and agree with me.

You sounds like an idealist and I agree with your vision. I am an idealist too. But reality is not the same. I am writing as an achiever. It's not about achievement. In India, if you are a minority and work honestly you can become famous. But look how the celebrities are put under trial. They are waiting for them to make a mistake. See how the top starts are put under trial. The same thing I see in US happening to African Americans too. You will never understand what it is like to be a minority.

I am glad you took it in right spirit, and thanks for that. I understand that being a minority anywhere is an uneasy situation. I have seen communal faces among my friends in the majority, and also among the minority. The good thing is that you will find fair minded people too everywhere. I have friends among minority and majority and some turned out to be communal in nature. I had to cut down my relation with these people to a minimum but it gives me immense pleasure that I keep it clear and loud that I do not entertain communalism. Coming to the point, you are right that communalism and regionalism is a reality in India. But I also know that it's not that bad in India, and for the posterity we have got to be non-communal and spread the message of tolerance.

What happens when it comes do DADA. Why you idealists become regionalists. See what DADA did. Took two wickets and just two short of a well deserved fifty. I know even after these performance he will be under pressure to perform (unlike others) to retain his place because of people like you who are always after his head. Being the most successful captain of India he is the most insulted player of India. God only knows why.
