I agree with Match referee's decision but the fact remains same that he was not out. Iwould like to suggest ICC to give fine even to the Umpires for their WRONG decision because on their decision the entire match results can change. ICC need to take actions against the Umpires too..

I agree with you. Why cannot they refer such decisions to the 3rd umpire?
