Make Yuvraj as test captain.
That will put Dhoni under pressure to perform and vice-versa.
If they dont as Vajpayee said of removing Mayawati - ek kanta se doosre kanta ko nikal diya! baad mein dono kantein ko bahar phek diya!
Likewise then you can through both of them out and again search for new captain.
Looks like Indians greatest past time is looking for coaches and captains!
