In a team, every member should be ready to take any responsibility given to him. Rejecting that...should be punished. Being in 'team india' is same like working in a office. Selectors should encourage professionalism, not like a decision like Sachin. Now Sachin in fearing to loose his position as one dayer....So, he is not willing to take any responsibility.... This is not a professional attitude...It is agreed that, he has done good in the past (and got payment for that), we respect that....but we should not appreciate such decision......
