Indian doesnt need a coach if point system is introduced
by Kamal on Jun 16, 2007 07:06 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

If BCCI introduces point system for selection of rejection of players, Indian team, definitely, does not require a coach. Players will play consistently for survival, be it a captain or senior players or junior players. BCCI should invest considerable thought on devicing a point system.

It was right that Mr. Greg Chappel simply ignored the stardom of our cricketers by dropping the seiors when they ae not performing.
But the likes of BCCI could not follow the diagonosis and prescription made by him to protect the Ailing Team India from slow death.

And a tolerance of plus or minus 5% to be given
to senior players. BCCI may appint one statistical expert instead of a coach!!!!!!!!!
We all recommend Mr.Kamal to do that job...
