If I say software programming is same for me and I will work for every company as per my wish, would it be appropriate. There has to be some professionalism. I remember, in his final days of cricket career, Kapil Dev had asked BCCI to drop him, if they could. Very clearly he is getting big money from ICL. There is no problem if he wants to join ICL. But, it is really sad the manner in which he is doing all this. A true professional person would have respectfully given a resignation to BCCI.

Hello sir Please don't compare BCCI with software company. If you don't deliver goods in software industry next day you will be out of that compnay but in Indian team even if don't deliver also they can survive for longer time.

good reply. forget about software. to that matter in any organistaion, you cant survive if you are not delivering.as long as the board is maintained by politicians( i think), it cannot be run like any professional set up. you should leave it to the professionals even if they are not having knowledge in cricket. we are not sure if it is given to our old cricketers, they will be different than the present board.
