Completely true, ICC has become like the FIFA, influencing officials, umpires to get the results that would result in maximum commercial success. All marginal decisions in the WC will go against any team that plays against the WI. The same manner in which FIFA connived with match officials and linsmen and helped a very undeserving South Korea reach the semifinal of FIFA World cup 2002 held in Korea and Japan. The hosts always have the advantage!!
