4. Believe in Play to Win.

you forgot one thing consistency. Thats why Ganguly was kicked off when he was captain and dravid replaced him

I think you should consider performance under his own captaincy rather than performance under different captain, Under this category where Ganguly will stand?? G H I ...Z??
