Global Mind set
by pramodm on Dec 05, 2007 12:50 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Today it is no longer nations but global concept that rules the world. Today businesses are global. We Indians got most benifitted due the global sourcing concept. Where ever the skill resides use it for our betterment. We are so narrow minded when we say we will get coached only by Indians. Indians have a lot to offer to the world and the world has a lot to give to India. Rest of the arguments are all irrelevant. For that matter, a blind man cannot lead another. We need coaches we set high expectations, challenge the complacent and raise the level of team spirit. Just look, after scoring 400 runs for three wickets, our team played slow game because each individual wants to prove a point that he too can make a century to save his position. As a result we were slow and the match ended in a draw. With 400 runs for three on board, with sachin, Ganguly, Laxman who have years of experience and tons of runs, they played such a game which can not make India win. But surely each one records grow fat. We have individual mind set and as a result team goal will always secondary. A coach who challenges and demands is bad. And so it is better we have calf like Indian coaches. Instead if u want to have a world class beaters, then go for not Indian coach or Foreigh coach, but best coach whoever he may be.
