Yes if he was looking for money then he needn't to go for ICl. He can earn a lot with BCCI as well.

so is everyone, do not blame anyone if he tries to earn more, as long as it is not illegal, immoral or
outright cheating...

be it kapil dev, ambatti rayudu or anyone else...
