kapil is money agent of subhash chandra..
he had nothing given to country as NCA chif
that time he didn't get time but how he gets time for subhas chandra

What good has BCCI done? Inspite of being the richest cricket board in the world, the cricket stadiums and other infrastructure is pathetic over here.At least players will earn in ICL whereas in BCCI its the corrupt office bearers who mint all the money.Moreover BCCI is not a government body (it is registered as a private entity)
