Saurav for Dravid and Indian coach for Greg

Simple..

Remove Dravid from captaincy. He is not aggressive.
Replace Dravid with Saurav.
With him we can atleast expect India to reach finals in the world cup.

and since Saurav is in Greg should be out.

Replace Greg with an Indian coach.
