I used to be great cricket lover and spend my crucial times of my life in watching cricket. But after few bitter incidents in the gentle men's game my point of view towards cricket has changed drastically. The point I would like to raise today is, I think all of us are spending too much time on watching and discussing about cricket. On the other hand, we are been facing continuous disappointments that include our players performance and selection process that cricket board is following. I dont see any point in conducting matches in domestic circuit. Few players are considered and rests of them are ignored. I think it is the high time that we all focus on some other sport like hockey or tennis or football and make our country to reach new heights. As Venkat mentioned in his comments that our players are very nice in singing multi core contracts and they can pose well for ads. They win once in a while and ever one talks about the victory for a very long time.
