India's debacle
by DEBASIS MUKHOPADHYAY on Oct 31, 2006 02:25 PM   Permalink

Even in the Corporate world also, sense of insecurity among employees, specially core sector employees, hampers the performance of the entity. Definitely, non-performers like Ganguly should be excluded, but players like Kumble, Laxman, Zaheer or Nehra should be handled with care. Also, at times it appears that team management has double standard and it is biased to some players like Raina or Sreesanth or Shewbag. Over all, in my opinion, it is the morale and not the talent that needs upliftment. More impartiality is required from Dravid . He must show the team that it is he,and not Mr.Chapel, who is the leader of the side.
