I find that our cricket netas are given to knee jerk reactions and also to childish in their behaviour to earn praise for themselves to show how they are 'professionals' in their decision making. They forget that they are supposed to BUILD up and MOULD a team and no SHATTER its morale by taking such STUPID decisions - like they did with Ganguly
