But Team Management has to do the same with other non performer in the team like Sehwag, Jafar, etc...So that when the player selected first time should be fully committed to his performance and this is the last way to improve the performance of Team.
The carried of Ganguly was about to end but these non performaers has lead him to back in Team, management has shown interest to makle young team but youngsters were failed to prove themselves and as a result Ganguly is back in the squad and may play WC 2007 too.
Hope team Management will take such strict action in future against the players who will not perform well, rather to look at the name or the record of individuals, records are made when the player was in good form but now he is not performing the he should be out of team. This formula need to be implemented. There is no fault of Chappel, he is doing well but there is lack of committment of Individuals.
Harbhajan has done well so far but after entry of Kumble, he is not getting opportunity to play. Why we are dependent on Kumble, why he has been called back, once he has announced the retirement.
