What you want, Prem? Fire the coach, captain,Singh or all the three! For management, these types of conflicts always come up and initial thing the responsible people do is remind parties involved of the priorities and expectation and tighten up the monitoring mechanism. That is what the 'wise' men did, because they are not magicians. The situation is very clear, captain doesn't appoint coach, coach doesn't appoint captain, captain does not review coach's performance, coach does not review captain's performance, but both have ability to monitor each other, criticize, congratulate and send reports to the appropriate forum. The situation here is that the reporting happened at a different stage than the expected one, and a lot of emotions were involved in both parties comments about each other. When emotions run high, generally intelligence run lower and that questions the credibility of the comments each one made, and they may have a different opinion now.
I used to enjoy your writing when you were a young writer and your growth has been tremendous, congratulations! But this is time for you to come above 'the average' and stop doing articles for survival. After all everybody is human!
