Two simple words are sufficient to describe the whole saga of Chappell and Sourav. Ridiculous and Hypocrisy. What do these people think of themselves? Are they considering themselves as Gods of cricket, which is almost synonymous to religion in India? The BCCI is total confusion now, and what these wise ex-players are doing there? Dont they have the courage to say a spade a spade and make the people managing the board realize that they cant get away with anything? A very simple question may be asked to those at the helm of affairs that how much contribution they have given to cricket as cricketers. It is not there own paternal estate and whatever they prefer will do. They should understand cricket first and then try to manage it. What they are analyzing and discussing or even doing to find solutions are being done by every common man with certain knowledge of cricket at every street and corner of this country. The board administrators are no better wise men than them. They should stop all these non-sense and concentrate in developing cricket or must quit if they dont have that wisdom. One should understand no body is indispensable and in this case no body is above cricket. Also the media should be responsible enough not blow things out of proportion for commercial benefits and create confusion.
