Our coach need not always be a past player, he should be somebody like Ramakant Achrekar who has been producing some of the best players India has seen. India doesn't need a coach with or without any particular nationality. We need an impartial coach who understands our players, understands their game, can help them overcome their drawbacks, design various strategies to win games and most importantly doesn't get easily influenced by BCCI but has enough respect to prevent BCCI from influencing our players or their game.
