Our loss was mainly due to our inability to rotate strike and score singles. Has any one observed that there were over 140 dot balls in our innings that is, more than 23 overs when no runs were scored by our internationally renowned batsmen. Our over-cautious (and perhaps laid-back) attitude cost us the match. We waited for the boundaries to come by and eventually they dreid up. Australians are adept in scoring singles and I wonder why our Australian coach has not stressed on this important aspect. And one more thing. Our is a team of mediocre players who occasionally excel. We lack a definite game-plan and aggressiveness and our over-defesnsive appraoch makes us lose the matches. Inconsistency is the only consistent thing noticed in our players.
