I am very positive about one thing and that is the simmering undercurrent of dissatisfaction, frustration and fear is only going to worsen things in the team called India. Please be very clear if you wish your team to have the temperament of Aussies you would have to have a management backing their team for their absurd and offensive behaviour no matter how wrong it may be the management should stand up to say, "the world could be wrong but not Indian team and if an umpire or a refree punishes indian player board ensures that he better be sacked. I wonder why we do not have as many match refrees as aussies, english & south africans have. Remember the philosophy that Mr. Chappel is trying to dump on indian team is completely unsuitable because their EQ is not the same as that of aussies & english. Rahul seem to endorse the philosophy but he too doesn't have the EQ to match it. When a reference is made to his performance he always blames others and sulks. You want India to be a world beater sack Chappel & Rahul out right today itself. Make Sunil Gavasker the Coach and tell the boys "dont worry about your place in the team, go beat the hell out of these teams, just go out & play your game and forget about the media and remember when you go back as a winner you will have all the corporates waiting for you"
All people in media should be banned from writing about cricket if they havent played international cricket. One prediction that I am making is if you dont change the philosophy the team India is not winning the world cup in this century atleast.
