If we go by the dictum "Perform or Perish" used for throwing Ganguly out and playing games with other players careers, then do we need to think twice whether this should be applied to Mr Chappel and Mr Dravid? Also, if Chappel was not happy with the team, he could always voiced/leaked his opinions the way he is doing now?

Why did he or Dravid not play Sreesanth, Irfan Pathan and Dinesh Karthik even in one match? Did they not persist with Sehwag? And, the Bangladesh match tilted the fortunes of India, not the Srilankan match. Not that i am trying to take away importance of the Srilankan match, but the loss to Bangladesh resulted in making a mountain of a molehill and ....

Anyways, kya faida. Stop watching cricket. Stop watching ads of cricketers. Stop buying products endorsed by them. And, dont treat cricket players as gods/icons. Then most probably things will start becoming better.
