It is now clear that the team members especially the seniors like Ganguly and Tendulkar let down the Team, the Captain and the Coach very badly. Throwing out Dravid and Chappell is like throwing the "baby" out with the "bathwater".They both still represent the best hope for the future of Indian cricket.A younger vice captain ( no clear choice really ???)with intention to take over from Dravid in about 2 years time seems the best way to go. And for the sake of Indian cricket,Sachin and Ganguly please go into retirement.Your past records and performance will only look better and graceful when you know it is time to go.
