You need a coach who is smart. He doesn't need to know the history of Indian cricket and all the baggage that comes along with that. He needs to be able to find flaws in our system and fix them. He needs to motivate the players and make them winners. None of our past great players fall in that category. If I need to choose someone who hasn't played much cricket but knows how to solve problems, I'd pick him.
