i think the fact you analized are true and perfect,what i would like to suggest is our captain dravid should be more agressive and he should lead the team from the front when the team is in trouble, as australian,west indian do when they are playing the game. i think he should mature a little and go on for another 2-3years as captain, then he should retire after handing over the mantle to somebody in that period of time, till now i would say he should continue.
