What this world cup format is wrong ?

Mr. Bindra it is easy to point out mistakes, loop holes after any debacle. FYI, this format was already pre-released and known and India lost not one but two matches one against minows and other against Srilanka chasing modest target.

You are just trying to grab attention out of cheap and useless comment.
