I agree with your viewpoint, however I think the person who brought in all the confusion and pulled the reverse gear is our great Vengsarkar. As long as he is there, I do not think too many youngsters will come forward.
When he pulled in the seniors I do not think Dravid could have done anyting, speciallly with two back to back defeats in WI and SA.
