arshad , he wont accept your options..
Option 1) dont get out playing worst defence shorts - he wil continue playing.
Option2) if not he may retire - He wwant to continue as indian captain.
..
My suggetion is to axe him ....
i wonder if selectors can do that , cause they are afraid to move agaist him
