I thought Chappell was looking into this aspect? They dont need to be taught how to play with the bat, bowl or field. All they need to be taught was a sort of cognitive Behavioural Group therapy in Psychological terms.
If Chappell and Dravid have not worked on this aspect, it is waste of resources.
