Drop the senior players like Sachin, Drvid, Ganguly, Kumble, Sehwag from team atleast for six months. Appoint Mohammed Kaif as team India captain, coz he has some experience in captaining India under 21 and (won the world cup), also he is the captain of UP(won Renji trophy). Yuvraj should be the wise captain. Include some good youngsters performing in domestic level lige like S Badrinatrh and Joginder Sharma. Give them some time to perform.
